"Placed an order for a textbook I needed and paid $62 for overnight shipping and was told after that that my package would not be there until Monday (after the class I needed it for). Contacted customer support, had to fill out an online form (a total joke of a process), and waited 4 days to even here back from them where they offered a book refund (I pay return shipping), but nothing else. Total joke of a site. Would not recommend. And just to top that all off, I still haven't even received the stupid book yet."
