"I do not recommend ordering from this store: I'm fairly patient, but the order required me to actively keep them on track, the customer representatives did not meet promises/commitments, and they shipped an alternative product without my consent nor informing me, and I was too tired of them to try to do an exchange (fortunately, it was of equivalent value/quality).

Thursday, March 31, 2011 - Order placed.
Friday, April 8, 2011 - Called customer service to check on order status, he said they're waiting for one more product and it will ship out on Monday "at the latest".
Monday, April 18, 2011 - Called customer service to check on order status, she said everything is in stock and they'll ship it out "today or tomorrow at the latest".
Friday, April 22, 2011 - Call customer service to check on order status, representative found a tracking number created on April 19th, but the items never shipped. He apologized and said he will personally work on the order, and gave his name (Noel). I believe he was either the owner or a manager though. I asked him for the tracking number (none was ever emailed to me, nor a shipment confirmation).
Monday, April 25, 2011: Received order but they switched out 2 of my 3 items with a different brand. I researched the substitute ("Mainstay" water pouches) and it seemed like it was equivalent quality/value. I also didn't want to bother return shipping on 20 lbs of water and dealing with Emergency Disaster Systems, Inc. again.

Conclusion: Do not order from them. If you live near or in the City of Industry, considering going to their store to buy product if that's an option."
