"Placed an order looking to get into magic. Ordered a few DVDs and a card holder. Very quick and well priced shipping. Turns out when I undid the wrap on one of the DVDs, it was unplayably scratched (I'm guessing from the picker at the duplication house). Emailed customer service and they shipped out a replacement without any fuss and with similar expedience as if it was a new order. Looking forward to learning the skills to get more tricks, these guys are great."
