"I purchased a Sole elliptical machine from the local sporting goods store. It was the floor model and when I got it home I discovered that some setup still needed to be done. I was given a bag of parts and when I went to finish the assembly I discovered a number of parts were missing. I contacted Sole Fitness customer service and spoke with Shelly Lindsey. She was pleasant, helpful, and responsive to my needs. She understood my problem and was quick to offer a resolution. I am impressed with the Sole Elliptical I purchased but even more impressed with the support this company offers."
