"The dress is poorly made, strings loose, rhinestones hanging loose, the top is sewn crooked, not like picture at all, it is cheap and if I had the opportunity all over again would not spend $5 on it, the customer service is horrible, this should have been an easy experience and ellendress.com has turned it in to a nightmare and on top of it all I must wait 3-4 weeks for a refund because of this companies poor time management paid to receive by 3\11 was delivered on 3\16 in a plastic bag, its a good thing this company is in china it would not last 1 day in the United States."
