"Eliteflypro are actually operating illegally. They outsourced our flights to Air Canada. There was a booking error. My husband was booked as Ms not Mr. I called and e mailed eliteflypro but they said as they had outsourced the ticketing it was not their problem. I was not happy but I called air Canada who looked in to the matter but in doing so called in the fraud squad who informed us that our tickets were illegal and that they were cancelling them and that we should demand a refund from eliteflightpro. I called and e mailed both Ian Wagner and his superior Vittorio. Neither have responded at all. The fraud department are following it up but in the mean time dont fall for it. I have e mails from Ian assuring me that the tickets are completely legal. They are Not. Call the airlines and enquire. Dont let them steal from you too. Jen S"
