"I contracted wit Elite IT Home a couple of years ago to keep my laptop and my grandson's laptop free of malware. Recently my grandson got his computer infected. Elite IT spent almost 3 hours trying to get past the malware to clean the computer. With no success they asked me to ship it to them so they could take everything off and reinstall all the games and programs that my grandson owns. yes it cost to ship but the same service locally would have cost 2 time what it cost to shio and I can get the computers checked every 45 days with my subscription.
