"I don’t understand how this company works? I buy a $450 phone online; they instantly take my money out of my account! I pay extra for 2 day delivery, 2 DAYS PASS NO PHONE, 3 DAYS PASS NO PHONE, A WEEK PASS NO PHONE! I’ve Sent numerous E-mails NO RESPONSE. I tried calling the number they gave me NO RESPONSE! What the hell is going on? I hope they don’t think there going to still my money!!! THERE IS NO WAY IMA LET THAT HAPPEN!!! "

"This is not a company, this is a scam. The only reason I got my money back was bc I went through Google Checkout. Try calling their 1800 number- even that is completely fake. I've reported them to the California Attorney General- others should fill out the online form."

"Used to be a reputable company. I tried to get my phone replaced as it is under warranty and they didn't ever respond. I bought a new phone, the iMate JAQ, and they took the money but never sent out the phone. I've emailed multiple times and called the number listed on their site but have not yet recieved a response."
