Fri Feb 8 09:25:03 2002 I had procrastinated about getting a new computer for the past 5 years. It seemed I was always waiting for the next best/fastest computer to come out. I would have been waiting forever had it not been for ElementPC. I never heard of this company before until MaximumPC magazine reviewed one of their systems and it received a 9 out of 10 Kick-*ss rating. Having done extensive homework on what were the best components I found that ElementPC selects only the finest components for their custom PC's. I had researched other computer vendors but none of them really gave me their time to answer the multitude of detailed questions I had. Steve over at ElementPC took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. ElementPC really caters to the PC enthusiast. My system was custom tailored to my needs. I was not limited/locked into any one component. I got exactly what I wanted in my system. During the build process, I repeatedly called ElementPC to ask additional questions regarding tweaks/driver updates etc. In some respects, they were one step ahead of me. This was impressive! When I finally received my computer (2/6/02), it was neatly/safely packed along with a nice box containing all of the documentation on my components, additional software as well as benchmarking results and QC check lists. I could ramble on and on about the benefits of purchasing a computer from ElementPC. ElementPC gave me the level of professionalism/expertize/tweaking that I needed from a PC manufacturer. If you are into a fast, reliable and neatly wired computer, look no futher than ElementPC. I highly recommend them!!

Fri Nov 23 19:49:16 2001 The attention to detail is amazing. All software and accessories were packaged neatly. The internal assembly was immaculate - no hanging wires or loose items. All of the drivers were up to date. As a previous builder of systems using leading edge components, I was relieved in avoiding the normal scavenger hunt. Excellent product and superior service!
