"My wife ordered me a nice, $200, wood and metal Element case for my iPhone 5 before Christmas. In taking pre-ordered ElementCase said they would ship before Christmas. It did not.

Additional months passed and I started trying to reach them. Despite multiple efforts it proved impossible for me to reach this company by phone. At best I could leave a message for someone to return my call on an answering machine but nobody ever did. This was a common complaint on their Facebook page at the time, as well as in discussion forums, and highly surprising for a company selling a 'premium' product. I could not even contact someone to have a refund processed.

As for the product quality, it was reasonably good, but one metal piece's finish started to peel off. As I could find no way to reach the company in my previous attempts I did not even try, at this stage, to contact them for a replacement part. I would not order from this company again.
