"I puchased a Thermaltake CPU Cooling module for a BTX system. After system was built the whinning produced by the fan was very loud. I contacted Electroseller within 3 days of receiving the module. They told me to contact Thermaltake, which I did. I was told to remove and reseat the module. I did, but still the whine. So I emailed Electroseller and they say my 15 days for refund are up - to bad for me. I would not purchase anything else from them - their lack of customer service and failure to stand behind what they sell is a warning to all."

"I went to their site on a comparison search and bought the item I was looking for. I wanted to order over the phone and talk to a real person but found out they don't have actual people to take orders. So I used their robot system which entered the amount for me. After sending me a bunch of confirmations and thank yous and warnings about how slow their free shipping was, they cancelled my order because they decided their advertised price was too low. It does not seem right to get someone's business by listing lower prices on a comparison site, and then refusing to sell the item at that price. I quote prices all day long where I work and if I quote one too low, I live with it. It is the right thing to do. To me it is dishonest to change the price after the order is made. I don't know if they do this all the time, I just know they did it to me on my first and last order from them. Guess I'll just order memory from Crucial again."

"I purchased a powersupply from Electroseller. I bought from them because of the free shipping. But the free shipping isn't worth having the retail box shipped bare, without ANY protective packaging at all!!! The powersupply was defective, crashing two systems I tried it in, so I wanted to RMA it. Electroseller only accepts RMA requests by email (they say DO NOT CALL!), but they do not respond to email. I've tried multiple times and two differnt addresses with no response over the past month. The only option left is a toll call, which they say not to do anyway for RMA discussions. I also separately ordered a case speaker which arrived with a broken wire. I will NEVER buy from them again, they obviously don't care about the customer if something goes wrong. And with horrible shipping practices you take a high risk of that. I just hope I can somehow get this resolved. That was an expensive powersupply."
"I ordered a computer case w/ 420w power supply for only $40. Very good price. The case was damaged from shipment(very minor damage, I was able to fix it easily myself). I ordered on January 12 and got it January 16. Free UPS shipping on everything and great prices. I will purchase from again."
