"You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for returning defective products. Defective products are not "restocked", they're returned to the manufacturer for credit. I feel this is an unfair practice and will hesitate to shop at Electronics Outpost again."

"Order item on the 10 of sep

web site said in stock

had not received item by the 27 or herd what the status was called person I talk to was rude and told me they can ship anything they them self did not have in stock

I ask why web site stated in stock was told they do not hold stock

end result was I cancel my order
