"Ordered a Gemini turntable from this company on July 1st. They shipped the order the same day and I received it via ground the next day (New Jersey to Rhode Island). Shipping was free and the price on the turntable was $50 less than any other dealer I could find.
The unit was double boxed, well packed and brand new. Only issue I have with them right now is they advertised a free cartridge with the deck and there wasn't one. I called them and they asked me to send an e-mail stating what happened, and that they will send me the proper cartridge. I'll add to this review after I see how this works out.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with these guys and woukd likely order from them again. "
"I have to admit, I was very skeptical about ordering from this site. The layout of the site just doesn't look very reputable, but in my case, the service was. I ordered the JVC HX-Z30 which weighs in at 78 pounds. Despite the weight, it shipped (to my front door) in only 2 business days with free UPS ground. It cost me 50$ less than any other store, so I thought it was a shady deal, but was pleasantly surprised.
I emailed electronicscity a couple time asking random questions about my order to see how long/well they responded, and it only took them under 2 hours to reply to every one of my emails with a confident answer. My new mini-system appears to be in perfect condition. Seeing as how this turned out to be a no-hassle shopping experience I would definately buy from them again and recommend them to others."
