"I was leary after reading previous comments, but transaction went off without a hitch. Price on my item, Plantronic Discovery 640 replacement headset was much better than any competitor, and I received item in one week as indicated in same day confirmation e-mail. Shipping details were included and correct.
Item originally showed out of stock, but when I called, the customer service gal made a call and found that it was in fact, available. Web site was updated immediately and I placed a normal online order. Maybe they have gotten it together since the last rating or perhaps I was just lucky, but regardless, it worked for me . . ."
"Will not do business with them again. I ordered 5 digi cams for work that I needed by a certian date. I called (instead of placing the order online) to make sure that what I needed were in stock, and would ship the same day. I was told they items were instock and would ship the same day as long as i ordered before noon. I made the order right then over the phone with the person that just told me the items were in stock. I paid for fedex air to get the order to me.
I didn't recivie a confirmation by the end of the day. So I called and to get a tracking number. Was told that my item shipped but they couldn't locate the tracking number, but email it to me once they located it. Didnt have it by the next morning so I called again. Same story. That evening I called again and was givin a tracking number. After entering it into fedex I found that my order had just shiped an hour before.

"Ordered 4 items, only 1 was delivered in 3+ weeks. I was given the option to cancel, so I did. My refund finally showed in my online credit statement after 2 weeks. They answer email and are polite on the phone but apparently don't have much in stock."
