The last time I have purchased from them was roughly 5 years ago and I was happy with my purchase and overall customer service as well as shipping. Today I finally needed a new phone so I went ahead and logged on to their website that I haven't checked out in years and I am blown away from how much the company has improved. Both in customer service, shipping and prices check out was easy as I needed to just put in my PayPal for an express checkout. I got all the information in front of me in terms of shipping and order details. Right after I placed my order, the communication from the company was solid. Provided me with an email immediately after I placed my order and they were very fast to ship my order and it had arrived within five business days at my doorstep. I am a very happy customer as I got exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted at such a great price that is hard to compete. What else can I say about them? I am very happy and I will be by again from them whenever the time comes for another phone."
