"I ordered Braun Oral B model 17535 on 1/13. I never received the item. On 2/4, I received an Email saying they don't have it in stock... I checked their website, they were still selling the same item and it said they had it in stock! They provided me a phone number where I can call and cancel the order, but in spite of numerous calls, there was no response. There was no response to Emails... these guys are just horrible! Another worst part is these guys use AOL! The email that said this item is backordered originated from ****@****! I seriously believe that these people established this site to collect info and credit card #'s. Be cautious! A very shady company!!"

Requested refund over one month ago. I have not received. They claim the tooth brushes
can not be supplied by Braun. I have contacted Gillette, parent of Braun, and there is
no inventory problem. This reseller has at least 5 different web sites. Prices vary with each.
The only proof I have of purchase is 2 e-mails from them and the charge from them on my credit card.
