Worst part was, the guy that I had to talk to through the whole situation was pretty rude, and this was even BEFORE shipping. Their rates were pretty ridiculous ($20, for a $7 package), so if you want to use your prepaid account you might want to take a step back."

"I have ordered from this company 5 times. On each occasion the order was awknowledged promply and I had product within 5 days of order. Sometimes in 3 days. They do not take returns but I've had nothing wrong so this hasnt come up as an issue. I've ordered harddrives, cd burners, floppy drives, and cpu coolers. I've been very satisfied and the prices have been very good. They must test some of the equipment they sell as on one occasion they did not ship an item because they found it to be dysfunctional, now I really apreciate that kind of service."
