"Upon receiving my first order from Elderdepot I had a damaged bariatric sheet- which I did not notice right away, because I ordered three and only one was damaged. I have just ordered my second order from Elderdepot and mentioned the hole in the previous sheet. they informed me that they were sending me another sheet at no charge to replace the damaged original. I have never in my 73 yrs had a company replace a damaged goods free of charge. I MOST certainly will continue ordering from this upstanding company.
