Took a chance

"I found a Revenant Delta 4 mod on eFun.top for what seemed to be a price that was too low. I read the reviews of the site on several rating sites, and was concerned with whether they would fulfill the order or send me a counterfeit device, but I decided to place the order anyway and see what happened, and post my own review of the site either way. I ordered from the US warehouse, and was very surprised when I received a shipped email the next day with a tracking number for USPS. The order arrived 2 days later on a Saturday. I opened the package and it looked to be authentic. Just to be sure, I checked the scratch code on the Revenant site, and it was genuine.
I can't say that everyone will get the service I did, but I was very pleased with my experience with them.

Best part of my experience so far has been reading all of the bad fake five star reviews, written in Engrish

Some of the Google translator written reviews, which are all posted in the span of a few days, across the Internet, an obvious attempt at reputation clean up, come out pretty funny. You don’t have to read them and they know they’re fake. On most of the sites I have been to, the average time between reviews is several months and then, they suddenly get a flood of five star reviews one day.

The one star reviews are pretty unsettling, because the vast majority of them complain about not receiving products And that is the worst sort of one star review a company can get, in my opinion.This could be premature, but based on how many of those there are, I don’t think I’m getting my item either. I ordered it last week and I got a text message which purporting to be from PayPal, which said that my transaction Had been marked as fraud and to contact them. I assumed it was some sort of PayPal scam at that time. Then I looked at the reviews for the company and I did notice that there were a whole lot of people who are not getting their products. In my spam folder, all I found from them was one email With a shipping number for the items I ordered that were coming from the US. The items from China is another story. No word on that yet. I looked up my item a couple of days after I ordered and was pleased to see that at least it had shipped. The next day it said delivered. There was no package. I noticed, from looking at the shipping information on the USPS website, which is usually quite detailed about eight packages arrivals and departures, from my experience with Amazon, that the item was shipped out of Las Vegas Nevada, appears to have gone to the post office in Las Vegas Nevada and then back out for delivery in Las Vegas Nevada. Problem is, I live in Texas. Messaged themAbout 24 hours ago and I’ve had no response.

I’ve done my reading and have concluded that they frequently do not deliver items and then use tactics to get the customer to wait until the PayPal grace period For refunds is up. That is probably why they only except PayPal payments. If you disputed a credit card payment, it could be taken back from them but with PayPal, they still make money if it has been more than 20 days or something like that.I don’t know the specifics but I really get that sense. If it’s not an outright scam, at least they are largely banking on that fact and not worrying too much about making sure packages reach their intended victims... I mean customers.

Fantastic prices and great customer service

"Just in the past 4 months I have made more than 10 orders on this site and overall my experience has been very very good, and their prices are very low and they often have even more attractive promotion offers.
Got everything I ordered and the shipping time to europe is pretty fast, only about 2 weeks.
Had a small problem with and order where one item I ordered was out of stock, and though their very helpful online customer service chat we solved it with a replacement item to my full satisfaction.

"I've been using efun.top for over 2 years. I am constantly amazed at their low prices & fast shipping time. There is no competition to their prices, nowhere!! Customer service is great. Immediate replies to my questions, bearing in mind the 12 hour time difference.

Items are listed on the website incorrectly.

"I used their search to filter only products for "Dry herb" then ordered one. When I got the item, it did not have the function I wanted despite the website saying that it did. Weeks of back and forth over email, they said they would not cover return shipping, which costs more than the item itself. On top of that, when I first placed my order, they accidentally sent money to my PayPal account that they then asked if I could return, and I did. I'm never using them again."

56 days and still waiting for my order

"I have purchase 2 BlackWidow on April 6th 2018 and fully paid for it. But today June 1st, 2018 I still have not receive my order. This is becoming very stressfull to either not have any new's or answer and when or what will be done to try to resolve my issue. I meen I did fully paid my order. I am canadian and spend 81.54$ US for my order and still nothing. I did right to them couple of weeks ago to advise and they let me know to wait and it will come. Even using tracking device (throught CanadaPost) my order is still "on route to Canada". I am very stress about my money beeing lost since it has been friggen 56 days and still nothing. I have wrote to Efun.top to ask for help but nothing came back to me, no answer, no email back. I did send 3 messages in the last 3 days and still no reply. So I will give a bad review for now. If the situation changes I will gladly come back here and change my feedback for positive! will see"
