"Placed an order 2 weeks ago and haven't received the product, their customer service is horrible they can't even track a package. Was told twice that it would be delivered that day and didn't happen. Also had an issue with an earlier order, and their customer service was no help.

"Ordered a single LED $13 bulb with $9+ shipping. They then called wanting an additional $10 because they had to break up a package where they normally sell 5 or more, and they only buy from the manufacturer when someone places an order (i.e., they don't keep stock of all bulbs).
Apparently, it was an 'edge issue where this rarely happens. They easily cancelled the purchase.
Still, this was weird and it would've been nice if they had this posted / listed on their website. Probably won't recommend or use again in the future."
"I've ordered from EcoDirect on 3 different occasions and been very pleased with the experience each time. Their prices are competitive, their shipping has been timely and their support has been great. You can tell the quality of a merchant when you have a issue. Upon receiving my first order, one of the DC breakers that I received was broken. The cost of shipping it back would have probably cost more than it was worth. Instead EcoDirect simply asked me to email a photo of the breaker and quickly sent me a replacement. "

"Order was filled accurately and arrived in two shipments. First shipment arrived in a reasonable amount of time -- the second took a few days longer than usual for ordinary UPS or FedEx ground.
Of course, the delay may not have been the fault of Ecodirect.
