Horrible customer service.

"Ordered a new vaporizer. Out of the box it doesn't work. Tried to exchange an told to send to manufacturer. Had to pay $7.95 to ship. I should not have to pay this on a brand new item. Great deal. Not happy. "

Very good vendor

"I ordered several products from them and they shipped them from Hawaii to Michigan in 3 days. That is about as fast as if it came from a state right next to me. Prices were good and the products were packaged well, and good quality. I was/am very happy with eciggity."

"I ordered a Pink with white accents DOG3 and an RX200 and paid for express shipping. I was very happy to see that it was in the possession of USPS within hours of me placing my order my package arrived on time today as it was supposed too. Upon opening my package I noticed that the box for the DOG3 was black with pink accents. I open it and sure enough the atomizer inside the box is black with pink accents. I paid for express shipping because I wanted it today (a present for my fiance). With that in mind I decided that I wouldn't bother with any kind of exchange however I felt it necessary to inform Eciggity of the mistake as this was clearly do to lack of attention to detail. I would not have even bothered writing this review if it were not for the email response I received from customer service. The following is what they have to say:
"Hello Jonathon,

We apologize sincerely for this mix up. The boxes are not labeled so it can be confusing at times to depict which is which, and we have found that sometimes the wrong colors are in the incorrect boxes. Again, we are very sorry and thank you for your understanding. We hope you have a happy new year."

At first glance this is a sincere apology. The part of the response that bothers me is their inability to own the problem. First the box color and accents match the atomizer color and accents. So no need for a label. Secondly if they supposedly know that the wrong color atomizers have been found in the wrong color boxes then they also know how to tell the difference between the different boxes meaning they don't need a specific label. The biggest problem is I didn't ask them for anything. I simply wanted to give feedback and rather than just offering me an apology, credit (which I didn't ask for), or nothing at all, they chose to send me a bogus excuse disguised as an apology. They get 2 stars because the rx200 was black and that's what I ordered. But it did say it was black on the box so...
"

"ordered a mod not realizing they were in Hawaii. No option for UPS or Fedex - only USPS which is total nonsense and not worth using.

Needless to say - paid for express shipping - which is 2 days with USPS. Of course today is the 2nd day and clearly says scheduled for delivery today and it hasn't left Hawaii.

I contacted the vendor - and will not refund shipping charges until delivery even though it clearly says with express mail that shipping times come with a money back guarantee.

So - 20 bucks for shipping a mod which will most likely be lost somewhere or stolen while in transiting through the black hole of the USPS ... i will not get my shipping charges refunded ..nor do i think they will refund the mod either (due to the fact their website says they aren't responsible for lost or stolen mail lol).

My suggestion is unless you live in Hawaii ... or until they use UPS or Fedex - stay away.

"This USA-based (Hawaii) vendor for vaping gear has been top notch for me. They have good prices too and coupons to be had. I ordered a Lemo Drop tank on a Friday afternoon (July 31, 2015) and had it on Monday in my hand in California. I was so impressed I turned around and ordered a mod yesterday, which happened to be a brand new model few vendors have in stock. They not only had it, but it shipped out same day, just like the Lemo Drop. Shipping is also reasonable with free shipping on orders over $50, but even if you pay for shipping they only charge the rate it's actually going to cost to ship. I sent a 'thank you' email and got one right back thanking me for my business. Very responsive! "
