"I bought 4 pairs of shoes online back in mid Oct . They didn't fit so I returned them on the label they give you in the box. it has been 30 days and they still have not issued refunds to the four shoes I returned even they the tracking shows they received it a month ago.

Today I called them and they acted like they have no controls over returns and their so called return dept wanted to ask me questions like what I returned, bla blah. Playing games cos they know what I ordered and what were returned.

They are engaging in SCAM. I checked other reviews and this company has a pattern of doing this to many other customers. They ignore your refunds for months and they play games to deny your refunds when you contact them."
