"I just bought 12 AC units for my trailer park after expereincing two thefts. My order needed to arrive at my address by a specified date due to the installation schedule. I received my order complete on the date requested. When I installed the first unit I dialed the 866 number. I was told how to turn the unit on and exactly where on the AC unit I should place the tracker. I did not say which of the twelve addresses/units I was installing at the time. After one minute installation support called to say they could see the unit and told me the correct address. The entire installation experience was top quality. I would recommend these folks to anyone. In my area thieves are hooking to cages and pulling them with a vehicle then stealing the ac unit. The trackers cost 1/3 less than the cage options I studied.
