"I have never shopped with this company. I am UK based and not USA. Why would i even shop in the uSA for a service readilly available in the UK?
I have had no reply from this company as i have being bombarded by email spam from them. I left a post on their facebook page stating my views, an answer from them on why they ignore my requests for spam subscription and a post warning people about their spamming techniques and now i have been blocked on their facebook group. Some customer service.
I would recommend you shop elsewhere.

"Their UI is so bad that the image got cut off on the top and the bottom. Then they were rude to my husband and then spent 15 minutes on the phone with my trying to convince me that it was my fault when their website was substandard. And the quality was bad."
"It's ok, especially for the price I paid. It is dark, not sure what they did to "correct" the image they received. Doesn't look like much, even tho that part took so long. They don't bother to give you a proof. But, for the low resolution I gave them, it isn't horrible. It looks more like a poster print, than a canvas print. The canvas is thin.standard. Not painter grade. I was expecting less. I wish it had more levels, like my original. I will paint over it anyway, to add back the original dimension. Not a horrible experience. You get what you pay for."
"I ordered a single image canvas, but the bottom and right hand sides had white lines where the image was cutoff. It looked completely fine in the preview. I was told by an employee that they do not check this before printing, but that I could get a reprint for just the cost of shipping. I called, ordered a reprint, and was told the canvas would not have the white lines. Again, the preview looked completely fine. I ended up receiving the same image with the white cutoffs. Trying to get my money back. There must be some disconnect between the image preview and what is actually printed. You're better off trying a different site. Don't trust this place."
"I just received my canvas today. I ordered a larger size so I was a bit nervous. I contacted customer service to make sure the picture I sent looks good and they got right back to me and suggested a different way to send the picture. Amanda in customer service was amazing and so incredibly helpful. It turned out beautifully and arrived in about two weeks "

"I've purchased several canvases so far and they are all great! My latest canvas was a "test" to see if taking a snapshot of a print with my Iphone would produce a decent looking canvas. The canvas turned out beautifully. Not as great as a digital upload but nearly perfect and definitely worth displaying. I expected the quality of the photo to be blurry since it was just off of a snapshot that I uploaded.
I also had a photo photoshopped to remove a person and you would never know the person was ever in the picture. Easy Canvas Prints does amazing work with the most challenging prints in my opinion. "
