"DO NOT deal with this company for any advertising!! Once they have your money they aren't contactable. They're good at "talking a good game" and getting you to sign up with promises of increased internet traffic to your website but after that if you have any queries it is hard to get a response from them.
We used them for a months advertising campaign and will NEVER make that mistake again! We tried contacting the "campaign manager" we were assigned but no response to email, then tried contacting the person who originally signed us up but nothing...we ended up getting names from the website and google in the hope that we would get a reply from one of them.
After such a disappointment we tried to cancel so that we weren't charged for a 2nd month and had the same ridiculously hard task of getting confirmation of this cancellation!
The final straw was that I wrote a complaint email with our disgust at how we were treated and no-one even acknowleged that the email had been received?!
