"I ordered a GE Stove handle model # JGBS23BEA1WH, but this model was replaced by WB15K10010. The replacement part did work, the only problem was that the original screws were little, longer but with a washer added it worked fine.

"Our Maytag dryer is 10 years old with easily thousands of loads done. It started whistling and eventually shrieking — not at all surprising given its high mileage. But it dries clothes quickly and we like the analog features, vs. the newer all-digital models. An appliance repairman replaced the pullies and exhaust fan but didn’t fix the problem. It probably needs a new motor, he said, and promised to get back to us with an estimate. You guessed it - crickets after that. So I found a YouTube video showing step-by-step how to install a new motor. I looked at a half-dozen sites offering motors for Maytag dryers of that vintage, but the subtle differences between similar models made it hard to be 100% certain I’d get the precise motor. Only EAP offered the level of detail and explanations needed to make an informed choice. AND as a bonus they had it in stock priced in the range of the other sites I’d checked. They said I’d have it in 7-10 days but they were wrong - it was on my front porch only five days after I placed the order. Sturdily packed and it looked brand new, with that thin film of oil or grease the factory puts on the metal parts. It was an exact match for the old one right down to the electric connectors (which often are an incompatible version and require soldering). The installation video was perfect (I left those guys a good review, too) and now, 3 weeks and 25 loads later, the motor is still runnin’ like a charm. Thanks EAP!!"
