"Took OVER A MONTH to get my merchandise. During this time I had to send numerous emails requesting information about the status of my order and got no response. When I finally received the item, it had a European plug (when it was supposed to be USA). I then called to get an 'RMA' number to return it and they told me they wouldn't pay for shipping AND they were going to charge a 20% restocking fee. This is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. Do not buy from them."

"The Canon battery BP511 came up in Gmail headlines so I clicked -- the advertisement said it was a battery that worked with my new Canon 5d Mark II so I ordered it. This was in the midst of xmass shopping and the price was right so I went on impulse. When I returned from holiday travel I opened the battery and, or course, it was the older battery that works with the 5d, not the 5d Mark II. The store engaged in deceptive advertising, albeit subtle, through Gmail/Google. I called and tried to return it and they insisted I had made a mistake and wouldn't accept the battery for return. Can you imagine!? I wouldn't trust them to buy a lens cap now. Caveat emptor!"

"I purchased a high capacity battery pack for my Canon Vixia HF11 camcorder. I googled the battery pack and this site showed the lowest price. I went to it and saw a picture of the actual Canon BP 819 battery pack I wanted so I ordered it. When I got my order it was some off brand battery pack with the same model number as the Canon product, It doesn't work properly with my camcorder. They have a 30-day refund policy but you better call for an RMA within 7 days or you're sol. Oh, they do carry the battery pack that I wanted but the price is much higher that other online retailers have it for. Their ad for this product is incredibly deceptive. When you click "more images" they have the gall to show you a larger picture of the Canon product, which this is not. I'm glad that I only got stuck for $50. I'm sure others have been screwed for much more money. What a crappy site and its obvious they are after as much money as they can get from with the first purchase because, unless you're completely uninformed, you will never purchase from them again. Remember, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is."

"I placed an order for a battery charger on a Sunday. By Wednesday I still had not seen any tracking info for this, so I called the company after 9am only to get voicemail & a message stating that the business was closed Monday & Tuesday for a "holiday" (which one no one knows). On Thursday I left a message to find out when the item was shipped. Then I sent an email inquiry asking the same. I finally received an email back stating the item was on backorder but I could order a replacement (no info given on what this replacement was or an ETA on the backordered item). So I had to email the person back asking what the item # was and what the ETA was for the backordered item (they did not know). I did not want the replacement so I called to cancel the order since it is in stock at another store. The woman who answered the call was extrememly rude & when I told her I wanted to cancel the order she said fine, and hung up on me. The order was not cancelled and I had to email the company yet again asking them to cancel the order - which they finally did. I will NEVER order from this company again. Extremely rude, unhelpful, and BAD customer service all around."

"I placed an order for 2 BLM-01 LiON batteries and a Kingston 1Gb CF Card for my wife's Olympus camera. I paid for 2 day service.
These were to be Mother's Day gifts. I added a note to the Invoice that it WS FOR MOTHER'S DAY.

As of Mother's day May 11, 2008 the order had not arrived. I was in hospital until Saturday and unable to check on delivery.

I checked my e-mails Sunday to find that the items (all allegedly IN STOCK per their order form & site) WERE NOT SHIPPED UNTIL MAY 9th!

These folks can't be depended on to Rush ship even when you pay a premium for it!

VERY DISSATISFIED!!

"When I placed my order on 5/19/2006, the item that I was purchasing was listed as IN STOCK. I received an email 3 days later stating that my billing address was incorrect. It was not. I called my bank and confirmed that the billing address on file was the one that I gave. I tried to email the vendor at the email address provided, but it bounced as unknown user. I called the vendor and informed the person who answered that the billing address was correct. I was then told that my order needed to be back-ordered since the item was not in stock. I mentioned that it was when I placed the order, and was simply told "well, it's not today". I returned to the website where it still listed the item as IN STOCK. I immediately canceled my order. If a company is going to track inventory on their website, it needs to be accurate so their customers do not waste their time."

"Not a good first time order. Ordered a CTA brand #DBS-002 lithium replacement battery for my Panasonic DMV-FZ5K camera. They shipped their private label brand "Dynamic Power" #DPCGAS002 instead without prior customer notification. I called "Lea" and she explained that they were out of the one I ordered so they sent an alterante. The Dymnamic Power brand one they sent is priced a few dollars less but I do not like their tactics. This is my last order with East Coast."

"I bought Sony TRV38 and transaction was extremely smooth. I always negotiate price and check details by phone and the saleperson was quite pleasant, proffesional and moderately aggressive in selling additional items. I checked the prices for add-ons before on other sites and most of the prices was matched or "almost" matched that I consider as a good deal. I believe it is a good store and fair business.
