"I've been meaning to write this for a long time now. I ordered what seemed to be a beautiful cheongsam/qipao from eaststore.com and this is why it was TERRIBLE:

1. It didn't come on time like promised
2. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone to talk to to check the status of the order
3. When it finally came in (too late for me to wear it for the occasion), it was not like the picture online nor did it fit the description. Definitely was NOT silk! It was a thin, rough, cheap material. And what is this? One size fits all?? I would expect some alterations needed, but this was way bigger than what I ordered.
4. And of course... It was impossible to contact anyone about how to return the dress. The package said not to send anything to the attached address and to contact the store for returns, but I was never able to get in touch with anyone.

In summary, it was a horrible experience. I thought I was spending a good amount of money on a good product in return, but they let me down, severely. I feel so cheated! And now I'm out $200 USD!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! and I will find as many ways to post this review so that nobody else gets cheated by them! I've already found another with my same experience who posted pictures of her dress received:
