I have emailed them 4 times, finally found a phone number and left a message, and messaged them on their Facebook profile. No response! So I have lodged a complaint with the better business bureau. Maybe that will get their attention but I doubt it!"

"1. The website has a $20 order minimum. You cannot place an order for anything less than $20 before tax and shipping. It's 2021 that's ridiculous.
2. I placed an order on 10/19, and received an email today, 10/21, almost 48 hours later, that my entire order was canceled because one of my items was out of stock. Instead of sending me my other item as a courtesy, even though it didn't meet the shipping minimum, they canceled my order completely.
3. I replied back to ****@**** (literally the only way to reach them) with my disappointment and have yet to hear back.

Worst customer service. Buyer beware."
