"Excellent! I placed an order with ESM and after the confirmation email realized a mistake in the order (my fault). I called their 800 number and immediately talked with someone that could help. I was then emailed a copy of the order but again there was a misunderstanding (again I take the blame). Unfortunately the order had shipped by the time I checked my email. This all had transpired within 3 hours of the original order. After a few exchanged very pleasant emails with their customer service rep. I had my completed order mailed the next day sans any shipping charges. I received the first part of my order within 48 hours of my order. Merchandise is quality and the customer service superb. Would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended."
