"I was sceptical to order some candelabra LEDs from this site because the price seemed too good to be true and there are not a lot of reviews for this site. I ended up trying it and 2 of the 6 LEDs I received had a problem with flickering. I contacted customer support and they immediately shipped me replacements without any charge. The LEDs are also great, and they live up to all of their claims with the exception of they don't work in some dimmers (Thinklux Filament Candelabra LED Light Bulb - 5 Watts - 60 Watt Equal - Dimmable - E12 Base - Flame Tip - 6 Pack)."
"Earthled went above and beyond with my support request spending over 2 hours on the phone in total with me to resolve a technical problem with my lightbulbs and dimmers. When I had originally called the manufacturer of the bulbs (TCP) they wouldn't even give me 5 minutes but James at EarthLED took the time to hear my concerns and found a solution that works.
Top Notch experience, I will be back."
"I ordered two lights separately within 5 minutes from each other. I emailed them immediately and asked them to ship them together. They did not respond. One light arrived, the other was shipped across the country the same day. I emailed them 3x to let them know, again, nobody responded. So I filed a claim with paypal. They still did not respond, so I escalated my claim to a dispute. I then found their chat option on their website and the guy (Tom) was very rude to me. Even sent me a condescending letter. All I wanted to do was cancel the order but due to their lack of communicating with me it ended up being a mess. Also, for the $468 light I did get, at 400 watts, I could have bought a 1200 watt one. They are about 200% overpriced. Do your homework and shop around. I am extremely dissatisfied"
"I purchased a large number of bulbs to outfit our new home with energy-efficient LEDs back in 2010 from earthled.com. Since then, I've only had 3 bulbs that have had problems (out of over 100). I contacted them about these 3 bulbs recently, and since they were older bulbs, they couldn't do a direct replacement, so they sent me two newer, brighter replacement bulbs free of charge, and gave me a discount code for the third so that I could pick out my own replacement for a recessed lighting part that they no longer stocked. They were courteous and helpful throughout the process, and communicated promptly. I couldn't recommend a business more highly. Their products are reasonably price, well-made, and they stand behind them. Very pleased with this company and will be a customer for life."
"Incredibly slow turnaround time killed this shopping experience. I placed my order on 6/13 and it didn't ship till 7/8. I think I wouldn't have minded if I had some sort of notification that the item was back-ordered or shipping had been delayed. That being said, this website does have an excellent selection of LED bulbs at fair prices. I'm on the fence about whether or not I'd use them again. I certainly wouldn't use them if I were in a hurry."
"I am sooooo happy with the Zetalux 2 bulbs I bought. They are equivalent to about a 60 Watt bulb, and buy them on Earth Day, and you will get them the ONLY day I have ever seen them on sale--I bought like 10 of them, not like they will need replacing for years anyway. After I found I get migraines from awful CFL bulbs, and when one rolled off the counter and exploded into toxic mercury bits that I knew we would worry about for the people and pets of the nouse, I knew it was time to invest in LEDs. We used to have to replace our fan lights every 3 months or so, and having them on made the room small bedroom with computers unbearably hot, only making our AC bill worse. Now the room is well-lit and a wonderful temperature, as these lights give off no heat. I have both the white and more neutral colored bulbs, and I have to say that I am 100% satisfied and have been telling my friends about them."
"I've bought four 13-watt EvoLux LED bulbs from EarthLED, with very good results so far. The bulbs project a steady and even light, with a brightness equivalent to a much higher-wattage incandescent bulb (EarthLED claims equivalence to 100 watts). The bulbs burn very cool and quiet. In choosing between their short-head and long-head models, you should make sure to measure the depth of your light fixture. The short-head bulbs are just slightly longer than an incandescent -- but the long-head bulbs are well over an inch longer, which could cause them to jut awkwardly beyond the edge of your fixture. Ground shipment from the EarthLED store has been reliable for me. Although these LED bulbs are quite expensive, they could well pay for themselves over the long run in the form of lower electricity bills."
