"DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company is the same as E-tech silicon valley, which has over 100 bad reviews. I ordered a hard drive on Thursday March 29th. I didn't receive an email with an update on the status so I called them on Monday the 2nd of April. They said they were testing the hard drive and it would be sent out on Weds. I asked why they had to test it if it is new, but the girl on the phone didn't know. There is nothing online that shows the hard drive is used or refurbished, instead it says "bulk/oem."
So today is Thursday, April 5th, 2012, and I just got off the phone with E-tech. The girl I spoke with doesn't know the status of my order, but she said she would contact the warehouse and find out, and get back to me.
I decided to look on RR, and I found their old name "E-Tech Silicon Valley" and decided to cancel my order. I also just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to let them know about this shady company."
