Used a debit card to pay and we realized we may have accidentally used the incorrect billing address. We immediately called in after the online order was completed and advised. The order was never processed after speaking to someone 3 different times over 5 days. We cancelled the order due to no confidence. Again, very nice people, but might be lacking in the ordering department. "
