"20090812: I order product and receive it. I use it the following weekend, and the defective battery breaks in the charger, ruining the product which is under warranty.

20090909: They approved my RMA for warranty replacement for the broken parts order #618868. I pay to ship it back.

20091024: Even though the product is under warranty, they insist that I pay $10 return shipping. Yes, I'm paying shipping both ways. Never in my life has this happened.

20091110: I sent $10 via Paypal for return shipping.

20091203: I asked if my parts were coming. No response.

20091211: I asked if my parts were coming again. No response.

20091214: I file a paypal complaint for my $10 shipping. But because they took so long, paypal wont run a resolution process on my original $32 order.

So I paid $32 + $~14 to ship to Hong Kong + $10 to ship back. For $56, I have nothing usable to show for it.
