"I will never order from this company again..great products but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I have contacted the company 4 times in 10 business days and still no returned call. They didn't send my whole order and the item they didn't send was in ago stock so there was no reason for that. Plus, they thencbarged me less, but I want the item and want $6 in shipping on a $4 item when I had already ordered it. Now, like I said, 4 calls later, still waiting to talk to them. Unacceptable in my opinion."
"Place an order in Aug. 8, 2011 that process went fine. Confirmation sent via email of order. Shippment arrived within the time frame stated. My order was not correct I order a happy birthday letter banner instead got a banner happy birthday sign. Left repeated messages(NO ONE EVER PICKES UP THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED) no one ever returned my calles nor did I get the item ordered. For an online business I would not recommend this company. Just not professional to not return paid customer calls. Just don't waste your time and go with a well know online party suppler."
