We had a director that wasn't as great when we first enrolled our child and some subsuquent teacher turnover after, but since the new director has been on staff things have DRAMATICALLY improved. "Overall, the school experience is positive. It would be better with less staff changeover. My child really likes Zumba days along with any other physical activities. I do think the school could use the space better. We've gone through several iterations of a new director comes in, they have big plans and then they leave before they see it through which has left a lot of unused materials that were ordered and classrooms being used for storage instead of kids. My child is safe and happy, but the overall program is very disjointed."

"There has been nearly constant turnover in the director/asst director leading to constant turnover in the teachers. There's not really any apparent curriculum, just new employees attempting to learn the kids names, get the ratios correct and sort out getting kids the basics. They are safe and cared for but I've not seen education. The teachers are trying but the constant turnover makes it difficult for them - they get frustrated, quit and then repeat."

My daughter has been attending for 3 weeks and I still don't have a door code. The communication on SproutAbout is not as accurate as I would like. "Teachers are fine and curriculum is also okay. Only concern is to make sure kid is taken care in terms for well fed and hydrated. This is a day care and we expect our kids to be cared for throughout the day. Speak to him if he has not eaten. Check in if he is happy or frustrated. One on one conversation with kid and teacher helps. Give him alternative of some snacks or let him bring snacks."
