Oh, they said, two of the three items had already been sold. They'd refund my balance and could send a $35 speed ring to me via FedEx for $78 or USPS for $20.

I checked the USPS site and found the rate to be $4.66. That same day, I also checked their website and it was still listing the previously sold flash head and speed ring.
