"I ordered a battery for my cell phone. After two charge/discharge cycles, I can only get 12 hours. I would seem that I received a used battery. I get longer life with the battery I was replacing."

"I emailed the company immediately upon opening my package (see below), and again one week later, and as of today have not even received the courtesy of a reply! How else can I reach them to return their shoddy product? Any suggestions most gratefully accepted. Steer clear of this company if this is how they conduct their business.

"I purchases what I thought was new battery for my Ice blue LG Chocolate cell phone. It is completely dead, chipped, and the back is scratched up. Obviously, this was used battery. If I wanted an old battery, I would just use my own which has more life in it than the purchased one. I also purchased a USB cord for the phone so I could download my photos since I don't use or pay for internet on my phone. What I got was as USB adapter that when plugged into my laptop charges the battery and does nothing else. I also purchased and got charger for my car to charge the phone. The plug to the phone is pretty tight and doesn't seem to go all the way in. The phone is fully charged already, so I will have to check out if the charger works well later. Hopefully on out of three is right. I need a NEW battery that is unused or my money back. I also need a USB cord that I can use to download my photos, not charge my phone through my laptop. Please contact me to let me know what I need to do and what will be done. There was no invoice in the package or invoice # on the confirmation email sent, so all I have is the order # from the confirmation email given below."
