"I am still awaiting this item. The UPS tracking number came through right away, but it sat for a week in "billing information received" status. Finally I called and he said he would track it down and put a rush on it. Today it shows that it left New York (a week after I ordered it) and will be here on the 7th of December. That's 2 weeks from the order date. While the store said it was UPS forgetting to scan this, it seems to me the shop forgot to send it out.
Edit: I spoke with "Robert" when I called this store to find out what happened and why it wouldn't be here for another week. He apologized and offered a free 3 yr extended warranty in compensation for this screw up. Good customer service!"
