"We were in a bind on getting some Luxury Vinyl Planks that had been discontinued. We needed it quickly to finish the project as we had renters coming in. We ordered our Coretec Plus product from e-floors. We were so pleased in finding the product, we didn't check the seller out. After the fact, we did a review search and saw all the negative reviews. Definitely made us concerned. However, the product shipped the next business day .. we ordered on Friday and it shipped on Monday. It arrived on Thursday as was estimated. We had ordered 4 boxes and each were shipped as a separate shipment. I was impressed when it showed up as efloors had put on protective corners all the way around all 4 boxes and taped them on. The boxes looked great. As we opened them we discovered some very minor damage, which had nothing to do with efloors, but was totally due to UPS handling. No damage was enough to make any product unusable. Not sure what the problem was for all the negative reviews, but we were very pleased. Also, it was free shipping and my order was only a bit over $600 .. so the comment on over $1200 for free shipping is wrong."
"This was my first and last purchase with this company. Advertised flooring in stock online, placed my order and recieved my confirmation email that my order was placed and would ship the next buisness day.... 3 days go by and I did not recieve a shipping email conformation so I called customer service (very unfriendly) and it turns out the item was not in stock and has to be ordered outside the company. Did not recieve ANY email telling me the item was backordered (violates their own company shipping policy as stated online). The company charged my card and recieved full payment and Im left waiting for an item the company dosent yet have in their possession. Customer service supervisor was completly no help. Will not make this mistake again."

"I was trying to find a replacement floor board for one that broke in my kitchen. I called the manufacturer and found out my flooring was discontinued in 2016. So I looked around online to see if I could find someone who still had some. I found some on fellows and I ordered a case. A week later I get an email telling me the flooring has been discontinued. How stupid are these people? "

"I ordered $6000 of hardwood flooring from EFloors.com. The specification for the wood that I ordered said that the boards would be "Dimensions: 4 3/4" Wide x Random Lengths to 82".
Of the 57 cartons that were delivered not one contained a board even close to 82 inches. The longest was about 60 inches. I asked that I be allowed to return the material since they did not deliver what I ordered. The company said they would refund my purchase if I paid shipping charges of about $1200. Their return policy says they would cover the shipping charges if they made a mistake. They deny that they made a mistake basically saying that even though they advertise the product to be "lengths to 82" does not mean that they will actually send boards of such lengths. Definitely false advertisement.. This company seems to be unethical and dishonest. My credit card company agreed that what happened was wrong but said since the company agreed to accept a return they would not pursue a case against them. Very disappointed with EFloors and the credit card company . I wonder how many other customers where ripped off in a similar fashion."
"I recently purchased coretech plus flooring from this company. I must say that, I will never do business with these people again. Would advise anyone that is thinking about making a purchase from this company,don’t do it. The customer service is beyond being poor. They simply could care less about service after the sale. As I was saying after buying the cortex plus vinyl flooring, I found that the 19 cartons I purchased was defective. They would not refund my money nor replace my flooring. Instead they turned it over to the claim department of the manufacturer. Said that they would be back in touch with me to update my claim. One month later no call. I had to call factory myself to get process going. E floors sent a BOL and instructions for me to return material finally to manufacturers. Another week has passed and still nothing. Manufacturer contacts me today. They have not received the pallet of defective materials. Seems to be lost. Meanwhile, im out 1800.00 and have no floor. Poor management. Think I will contact BBB."
"Ordered 15 boxes of vinyl flooring. Paid $97 for shipping. Rep never mentioned that shipping would have been free if I had just ordered one box. When flooring arrived, one box was completely damaged and unusable. There were multiple broken pieces in the other boxes. They sent 1 box for the unusable box, but when I needed additional flooring they tried to charge $90 more. Rep on phone is as useless. I have 2,000 more feet to do but they will not get another dime of my money. "

"This company is awesome. I saved like $2000.00 on my floor and it came in a decent time frame (about 8 buisness days). The issue most people have is the timeing. You need to realize they dont stock ANYTHING. Its simple. If you cant wait three weeks for flooring dont order from them. Dont hire an installer until you have the product in hand. "
"I purchased flooring for a room in our house locally, then decieded to do the rest of the house. I then checked Efloors and and a couple other on-line flooring supplies requested pricing. Efloors was more than a 1/3 less on the flooring I needed, quick and painless and $700 dollars less than locals or other online companies. Received the product, some freight damage, not their fault. Just the same they sent me replacement flooring with no hassle... Can't say enough good about my experience with them."
