"I love the school but my issues with classroom designation has been a constant issue. Also every time my kid moves to a new grade my tuition goes down to just back to normal and high with a price increase. My school has given a price increase every year so I have never gotten a discount when my child moves up. I can tell you there are more parents ready to take action then our school thinks so unless something changes there will be a decrease in the number of students at this place."

I have noticed recently a decrease in warm greetings and communication from front desk staff, and I think it is important to make sure the building stays fresh and updated as far as looks and cleanliness goes. "The facility, curriculum and location of Everbrook are top notch. Would forgo cost of including diapers in tuition if that savings went to hiring more permanent teachers. We’ve been with the school for 1+ year and although I know turnover is common in this industry both of our kids have had at least 8 different teachers (both lead and assistant) in this short period of time. It’s hard to form these relationships (both kids and parents) with the teachers especially when you ask how their day was (if you get there early enough to ask) and they just say “they had a good day.” That comment really has no value to me."

Littles have hard time transitioning back and forth to rooms. Please hire. For what we pay should be able to pay teachers and staff appropriately. Feel 2x the people are needed."

"So far it has been a great experience. We are happy we moved to this daycare. My only feedback would be that When I log into the live stream it appears the teachers are very stretched thin. I’d love to see them have more support/aids in the room when classrooms are busy. They do a great job but they are so busy I worry they can’t spend the quality time with kids needed."
