PHENOMENAL SERVICE

"I purchased a Bluetooth air conditioner ceiling assembly from Dyers. The part was missing some hardware. I called Dyers customer service and Kristi answered. I explained what happened and she immediately provided me with a return label. When I shipped the return I sent her a shipping receipt and she immediately reordered my part and shipped it to me. Kristi was by far the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She is a class act and Dyers is fortunate to have her. I highly recommend Dyers RV Online for any RV part you my need. They stand behind their products and with Kristi at the helm of their customer service department you'll get reliable and expeditious assistance."

"There was a mistake in my shipping address (old address) so I called customer service and explained that the item was delivered to my old address. I don't know where this went wrong as I changed my address just before placing my order. These guys are rude, they said that nothing can be done through email Ticket ID: XRI-07069 because it was already delivered. I called Fedex and they told me that all they have to do is generate a call tag to correct the mistake, so I called customer service again to explain about the call tag. They called Fedex and told me that It can be done, they lied to me in the first palce. I got upset as now I am doing their job calling back and forth between them and Fedex. I spoke with the manager and he was just so rude! He spoke like didnt care about his customers to the point of shouting at me. People like these shouldnt be working in fields like this, they are a bad example to the workers below him. Where is customer service? This will be the last time I will order from this company and I will tell all my friends about this. Reviews are everywhere online and I will spread the news! I am sure there are a lot of great people working in this company but a few bad ones will spoil the whole stack."
