"BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased a Lifeproof case from them. I finally received it after several email attempts from them only to discover it was a fake case. I even tried calling them, which was a waste - you press '0' to be transferred to customer service and then the line goes dead. So i emailed them about it and requested a FULL refund (including the shipping costs) since it was not the product that I bought nor what they advertised. They eventually responded and said that I could return it for the purchase price minus the restocking fee. Luckily, I paid for it with an American Express and let them battle it with the company. It was just "resolved" the other day with them never responding back to AMEX. Go figure!"

"I ordered a lifeproof cell phone case on Dec 4th 2013 It is now Dec 16th and I have not received it..The money was debited from my account on Dec 5th So I would like to know where my case is??? I have called no answer phone goes dead after a beeping sound..I have messaged on the site..I have e-mailed no answer..If this company is REAL which I an starting to wonder if it is..This is a poor way to run a company. "I bought a phone from Dvdsandsoftware.com two weeks ago. The message saying it is awaiting shipment has still not changed, and I have not received the phone yet, although they say they ship within 1 to 3 business days. I have tried calling them, emailing and sending them several messages on their site, but NO REPLIES and the phone just cuts off!

The email I received saying they received my payment was sent from this email:
DIVA 4 MAKEUP ****@****, and when I try contacting them to ask about my order, I get a mailer daemon reply.

Basically, I am starting to think this is a fraudulent website, and I would STRONGLY warn anyone from buying anything through this website. If the phone should show up, I am worried about it being fake as another person has reported here, and if all is ok, they still get one star for their completely untrustworthy way of running their business, with no ways to get in touch with them and no updates on the shipping process. I am extremely disappointed. "
