Do not order from this store

"I should have read the reviews. I tried to order some replacement flashlight bulbs on April 9. The site took my info but didn't give me an invoice or an order number. I attempted to check on status. I made 5 calls "customer service" all calls went unanswered. I emailed customer service on 4/27, no response to date. Now keeping a close eye on my credit card."

"terrible customer service. never reiceved a email/ order confirmation. called multiple times finally recieved a email back from a chris dallmann and he was nasty stating they told me they canceled my order....customer service is terrible..i told him i will be telling all the officers from my department not nto order from them and he stating that by me saying that i treatened him and its a crime. never order from them"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.

As others have pointed out, they have ZERO customer service, no one answers their phones. I ordered 8 of the same items. I received a partial order of 3 of them, one of which was the wrong size. The receipt I received showed they would've sent several others in the wrong size as well. I sent an email and did get a response but now that it's been almost a month, I've received zero replies to my inquiries about my order status. These guys are awful, hopefully they will cancel my order like I requested.

"Just ordered ONE simple part that was in stock. After waiting a week and receiving an email stating it was being processed, I get another email stating that they canceled my order " due to server issues" in trying to speed up their website and that my order had sat in a queue during the week and was now " too old" to process would I please resubmit it... YES to some other merchant. What a waste of time. Wish I had seen these reviews first."

"I ordered handcuffs and search gloves.

I happened to order gear from other stores on the same date. I received the gear in the mail from the other stores a few days later. It took about 2 weeks to get my stuff from the Duty Gear Store.

I also ordered a size too small for the gloves. I called and emailed about exchanging them. Haven't heard back from Chris.

I wish I would have read the reviews.

"Odered a jacket for my son for Christmas. Never received it. Tried calling but no answer. Sent several emails to Chris with no reply. Googled the phone number and it came up as a cabinet store with Chris's name. I am going to the bank to file fraud papers and hopefully get my $63.00 back. Will never buy from them again. They SUCK!!!!!"

I ordered four (4) UnderArmour shirts on 03 Dec. After not getting an update on them being shipped, I send an inquiry on the status on 15 Dec 2010. Two days later I finally getting an email stating it has been shipped. I don't know if they skipped over my order or just really suck at getting shipments out the door. All products I ordered were in stock at the time of payment sent so backorder should not of been an issue. It is now 27 Dec 2010 and I have yet to receive my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I guess you have to order two months in advance from this company to get it around the time you ACTUALLY need it. Never buying from again.

"10/03/2010. I placed an online order on a Sunday
night.

10/04/2010. Wanting to be sure the item was in
stock, I called Customer Service: 561- 427-6877 first thing Monday AM
3 times. Nobody answered! The fact
nobody answered the telephone
concerned me, so I did some searching
and found several negative comments
regarding DutyGearStore.com. I
signed into my account and canceled
my order.
10/05/2010. I received an email from DutyGearStore
informing me my order was being
processed. I tried calling Customer
Service and again, nobody answered.
10/06/2010. I sent an email explaining I canceled
my order. I called my bank to dispute
the charge for unordered merchandise.
10/19/2010. Received an email telling me my order
was shipped.

This seems like a very sketchy website. If I were you, I wouldn't order anything from them.

"9/1 My money has finally been refunded. I have placed my order with tacgear.com, as they have always been reliable and helpful. Next time I will consider strongly before going after a lower price.

8/31 I sent the email back asking for my boots or my money and got a reply stating that my status is refunded. I'll update again when I see some dough.

Ordered boots July 30, same story; can't get them on the phone, FINALLY got an email response saying order cancelled by customer, which I did not do. I requested either my boots or my $92.48 be sent to me. Even though the email, dated 8/23, says the order was cancelled I have received no refund. I have notified American Express and Paypal. This company does business as Dutygearstore.com, tacticalbootstore.com, and aspiresales.com.
