"We placed an order for dining chairs that were "Quick Ship" with a delivery estimate of 8-10 weeks on 2/21/24.
We understand this is an estimate, and were hoping to receive around the time frame of 8-10 weeks which would put
our delivery by the end of April. First we receive word our order was delayed until 5/28 and today our delivery is
is delayed until 7/3! We will be waiting 19 weeks IF they arrive on 7/3!
On the website today the chairs are still listed as quick ship 8-10 weeks. I would be better off ordering today if I believed Dutchcrafters website to be true! "

"I found the island style I wanted, but I needed something with two sides of storage. Stacy worked with me and shuttled messages back and forth to the craftsman and while the customization did cost just a little more, it was well within reason, and the end result is just precisely what I wanted. This is an heirloom-quality piece of furniture for a western kitchen. The stain, the distressing, the beautifully turned legs, and custom changes make it look like it has always been there and the kitchen was planned around it. Tobie, the driver was a most pleasant person to work with and he got my oversized piece through the door and in place without damage to the island, the door or my floors. One small flaw on one drawer, but I'm confident that it will be resolved quickly - it's just the way these wonderful folks do business. I couldn't be happier with the quality of this piece or of the professional follow-up throughout the process. Just the nicest group of people to work with. "

"Very disappointed. Not made out of solid wood. Overpriced for the material. Was expecting solid painted wood and this is not that! The shelf is made from Compressed wood. Would not buy again and would most certainly not recommend. "

"Last Friday, I send an email to DutchCrafters with a picture of a current kitchen stool and asking if they had or could make one similar to it. Diane Welford emailed back within an hour and said that she would get back to me on Monday. She did, with information about three stools, one of which was very similar to the one we have. I called her and asked questions about some of the options available on the DC stool then ordered it. She was a nice, as informed, and as helpful as anyone could have been. DC is lucky to have her as one of its employees. "

"This is a beautiful piece of storage furniture that replaced a triple dresser and chest of drawers. The white glove delivery by Brandon today was superb, the Tavern finish on oak is a beautiful addition to my bedroom. I purchased during a sale and couldn’t be happier with the value for this premium product. Selecting the options and ordering online plus paying 100% upfront without seeing the product in person was a bit worrisome but I had confidence in the Amish quality and workmanship and forged ahead. So happy I did! Less than 6 months from order to delivery and now I have the type of dresser I’ve wanted for many years and I will thoroughly enjoy using it."

My recommendation: do not order from them. Customer service agents don’t return calls, deliveries are very delayed, the sales, customer service, and delivery teams do not communicate well, if at all. But billing always wants their money on time and early. It is really not worth the aggravation. I will NEVER order from them again."

"Ordering my piece was easy and I loved how many choices I had when I wanted some customizations to my cabinet. I had them make it tall enough for my vacuum to pass under.
The delivery came almost a month early, which was a nice surprise. The cabinet is very well made and so beautiful. Thank you Dutchcrafters. I wish I could add a pic to this rreview.
The cabinet was just over $2k all said and done, but it's a very high quality product hand made in the U.S.A. I couldn't be more pleased. "

"We recently received two of these chairs and could not be more pleased. They showed up early which is surprising given the CV-19 delays with just about everything else. The two chairs came fully-assembled on a pallet wrapped in plastic. FedEx Ground placed them in front of the garage which made it easy to move into the back yard.

I'm in the building business and the fit and finish are very good, the wood is of high quality, and the hardware operates smoothly. It's a great design for someone who's a little larger (6'-3", 240 lbs).

"Farmhouse dining room table is beautiful, however it is 1” too high (makes a difference since I am 5’2”) and the table lip is too high (4 1/2”). You can choose to either opt for the table lip or not, but there is only 1 standard height & it is too high. If you want a custom height table lip you have to pay a lot extra. To get repairs, you have to pay for delivery fee + 15% restocking fee = $485, & it takes 200 days (6 1/2 mos) for you to get your table back! There are not hassle free returns!"

"Dutchcrafters is an honorable company. Most of the products they represent are quality products. Unfortunately the Barrington product line is not made by one of their better manufacturers. Two nightstands we purchased had the wood top shrink after barely more than one year in our home. Now there is an unfinished strip running the entire front length of both tables."
