"I ordered over shoes for my work boots that were too small and it took a month to receive them. So when they arrived I called to get a refund instead of a replacement because I did not want to wait a month to receive my order. That’s when I ended up speaking to the owners son who was very rude in everything he stated to me. He stated that he would waive their fine print restocking fee but that was a lie and it was not wavied. I was charge the 20%. This company is terrible and everything they sell can be purchase for half the price from the manufacturers online. "
