"I purchased SKU# 1SNDVD20X,the unit worked fine at first. Then in November 2009, I started having trouble with duplication, the unit would butn the disc, however, the copy would not play. I called and left several messages and emailed theought the website to their tech departmant. I never gat aby response to these requests. At that point, I just started using the machine as an externel burner, Then in March 2010, the unit started smoking. At least this time I did get a response from the tech department and returned the unit. They received the unit back on March 9, 2010. I was tild on March 10 that the power supply was bad and they would repalce it and ship it back no later than 03/11/2010. It is now March 24, 2010 and I still do not have my unit back. They have no idea when they might return it. (I believe that they are waiting for the warranty to run out. I would not recommend this business to anyone."
