"Five weeks ago I was charged for a childrens picture Bible and they will not reply to my emails. I paid through Pay Pal and I am complaining now that I want to be reimbursed. I think this is not a legitament company.
I would have not ordered from them if I had read all of these reviews. I thought paying by PayPal would make them credable. I guess it does not. I have learned a valuable lesson. I am not ordering from unknown companies. I glad it was only 17.70

"This is a weird, quirky site and does not really look legitimate.
I used my Discover card via PayPal to make the purchase - just in case I needed to dispute the charge. (The strategy is, first dispute with PayPal, and if I do not get satisfaction, dispute with Discover - I only had to do this once before, and I was fully protected).
Sure enough, more than a month later, I had to dispute the charge. I ordered a book, and the emails I'm receiving keep promising it's on its way, but no tracking number, etc. These are not English speakers - the emails are cryptic.
When I placed my order, the email said "Your order will be shipped within 24 hours" ... then it said "We may or may not have this item in stock. We may or may not be able to locate this item. You may or may not receive this item within 2 weeks".
What the ???? Why would I buy something that I "may or may not" actually receive. I keep getting "tracking" updates from them, with no tracking data, just promising that they are trying to locate my book. They are not written in coherent English. They do not respond to my emails.
They promised I could cancel the order at any time, and they would refund within 24 hours. I officially canceled my order on their site 4 days ago, and no communication, no refund.
This site is sketchy at best."
"DON't BUY! Ordered, paid, and the book never came. Adding insult to injury, the company will not respond to my repeated contacts. When I tried to submit a review via their websites "Safe Business" ratings, it stated they did not recognize the order number so my review didn't count! No wonder they have a 5-star review there, and a 3 star rating here! However, even if they cannot track my order, which paypal records show was placed, why can't they at least contact me explaining. Ugghh"
"I have dealt with no online seller worse than this one! I ordered a book from his web listing, received order confirmation, then waited a month without receipt or further response. Inquiries were unanswered, and I finally registered a complaint with PayPal. The seller didn't respond to them or to me, even though I contacted him again directly at the e-mail address provided by PayPal. PayPal resolved the dispute by crediting my charge card for a full refund. "
"I ordered one children's book on December 22nd and paid extra for fast shipping (2-7 days). I received the book January 13th...21 full days later. I never got a response to my inquiry about where this book was. The shipping slip said it was sent out January 6th. I wouldn't order from this place if you are looking for fast delivery or good customer service. If you have endless amounts of time and are desperate for a good deal then maaaaybeee. "
"Placed and paid for my order. 3 days later got an email saying "When we attempted to pull your order from the shielf, we were unable to find it.". 2 weeks later another saying "Your order is still on backorder and we are waiting on stock to arrive with our suppliers.". 2 months later the same story. All emails stated "if you cannot wait you can cancel this order at any time prior to shipment by clicking here.". I clicked, filled out the form 3 times, and no reply, no refund. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but they still have no response from Dualj. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! "
"Don't order from these people. I clicked on a book described as "New to good" , then received an e-mail from Dualj stating that the book would be shipped as "Acceptable or better". I responded the same day (Nov. 23, 2010) asking that the order be canceled. No reply. I asked again for confirmation a week later. Again, no reply. On Dec. 9 the book was shipped from someone I've never heard of; I received it today, and it looks like someone found it in a trash bin. On top of that, the book I received cost $12.73 less than dualj charged me."
"BEWARE! I placed my order on 11.12.10 and it is now 11.29 and I still haven't received my order. I went to Dualj site and although I plugged in my order number, the site could not locate my order (by the way, the money was already taken out of my account for the purchase). I have left several voice messages, as well as emails and I have gotten zero responses from Dualj. Not good. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business again."
"I placed my order on August 12th for school text books. My school started at the end of September and mid September came and my books had still not arrived. I ended up having to buy my books on another site so I would have them in time for school to start. It is now November 7th and I have e-mailed them a couple of times complaining about this and they have not tried to contact me back. I was charged right away for these books and I am a little dissapointed that a so-called reputable company has stolen my money and still has not done anything with my complaint. I will never do business with this seller again and I recommend that if a deal on their site seems like a great deal, then it is probably too good to be true. "
"AWFUL!!! I ordered a book from these guys 3 months ago. I received an e-mail saying that the item was backordered (which is kind of rediculous since it is an out of print book). I attempted to contact them after noticing that my credit card was charged, and they sent me the same generic e-mail saying that the item was backordered. I have tried to cancel the order, or get ahold of someone on the phone and neither has produced any results. So now my credit card has been charged for an item I haven't received and no one has responded to me in over two months. I am in the process of filing a dispute through paypal. This has got to be some kind of scam. Send you back order notices and then just hope you forget to follow up on it."
"I had an issue with not recieving my book, due to a wrong shipment address (my fault).I contacted the company and asked how I could resolve the issue. "He" has not offered to give me a tracking number or anything. In his seller agreement with paypal, he must have tracking on all of his shipments. I assume he chose not to pay for the delivery confirmation (which should have come out of MY shipping costs). Once I filed a complaint through paypal, I recieved this in email "I said that you should cancel the dispute, and send a letter to your old address and ask them to return the book, or forward the book to you. That's the only option you have that is ethical. But you chose to go the fraud route and file a claim for the money to be returned to you immediately. Not the moral thing to do...you admit in your dispute comments that you had the book shipped to the wrong address, and now when you don't receive it, you file a claim against us. You are falsifying information and profiting from it, and that's called fraud. You filed a sworn statement to paypal (when you opened the claim) stating that the item did not arrive, and yet, you don't live there anymore so you don't know that to be true. That's illegal...If you do not cancel this claim within 24 hours we will contact paypal to have them look at what you are doing and recommend your permanent paypal account termination for breach of terms of use, and then we will send all the statements you've made on this claim to our lawyers and see to it that charges are filed against you for fraud."
All I want is the tracking number, these people are rediculous. Terrible customer service... Buyer beware!
