"They are supposed to sell items that work in Europe. Unfortunately they sent me a plug that while fitting into the wall, did not fit into the Panasonic telephone ($250) I bought! I had to call them many times and finally they told me to send them the cables back. I did but then they never sent me the new electricity cables. SO I had to go to an electronics store in Switzerland and buy two new power adapters at a price of $50. I would avoid these guys, they only responded to me the first time when I threatened to fight the charge and then as I said they never sent me the cables they owed me."
