"Hi i placed an order with Dropshipgs, (Drop shipping Global Services Limited www.dropshipgs.com) Payed 2500EUR and LOST it and got Nothing!!!! Will never use this company again, no insurance at all, avoid this company, not good for business!! No customer service, worst communication ever, ignoring my questions. Could loose even more!!! If you want more info please read my experience. I have recorder conversations with DHL and the manager from DGS who even laughed sometimes while speaking with me!!!

Hi, i was a customer of Dropshipgs, Drop shipping Global Services Limited , i placed an order for some photography goods and payed 2500EUR with Bank Transfer on 01/13/2015, 14:19, they shipped it out with DHL to UK Edgware, on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 tracking showed that Delivery was attempted, but that is not true, no one was there to deliver.
Then next day it updated to - Shipment on hold i then started to call to DHL asking what is happening , they could not give me a clear answer what is going on with my package, they even told me that it was left with some neighbors , but then they changed to it is in the warehouse in the safe area, there was the last scan done. It took me 2 weeks chasing DHL and DGS together so they get to work and search for my package, that took all my energy i could not do anything else , all my energy spent calling and getting them to do their work otherwise no updates no nothing.
Finally DHL said they could not find the package and it is officially lost suggesting they will give me 100$ refund for that and nothing more can be done.

I waited patiently for the result and all my energy was already lost to nowhere. DGS Drop shipping Global Services Limited www.dropshipgs.com told me that they wont give me any refund for this too, they are not responsible for that it happened to me, that felt like i am scammed and a part of a fraud from DHL and DGS. I asked what they would suggest and got a reply they can give me small discounts each order i will place until i get all the money i lost. That was so small discount that i would need around 4 years to recover from my loss. I had no choice ,but i decided to try it , because they kept asking me to stay and keep doing business with DGS that i need to try and i will see that things will get better. Of course i wanted to pay with PayPal this time, they have that option for payments, but they did not allow me to pay with it, no explanation , no nothing just no only Bank Transfer.

So i think there is something wrong with this company, if they are not allowing me to pay with PayPal for my security then they obviously are scamming honest people who come to buy from them. I cant get my money back if i pay by bank so no security for me and they are supporting that. Even their Boss Charles Yan could not properly explain me why they are not accepting PP , they are ignoring all my questions where i am asking those things i am interested in.

So all together i lost 2500EUR and a lot of Calling credit around 100EUR and a month of my time trying to get what is mine, Hours of conversations, Days of ignoring , all my energy is lost with the money!!!

I just want to share my experience and warn everyone, i would not suggest you to work with these guys DGS www.dropshipgs.com, put some more time to find someone who will be responsible and will never act like this, otherwise sooner or later you will loose a big money and your energy, and that is not something you would like to experience ever in your life!!!

I want to stop this company cheating honest people, i lost 2,5K EUR, but someone could loose 10K or even more like this and they will get away.!!!
